Meaghan Nicole (“Nicole”) Stjernholm is an accomplished corporate and real estate attorney with deep experience across a range of in-house, transactional, and operational legal matters. With a career spanning private practice and executive-level in-house roles, Nicole brings a pragmatic, business-minded approach to complex legal challenges.

She most recently served as Interim General Counsel and Director of Title for Newfound, Inc. (formerly Houwzer, Inc.), where she oversaw legal operations across contracts, corporate governance, subsidiary management, and regulatory compliance. Nicole has led legal strategy for multiple mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising transactions, and advised on financial, tax, and employment issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Before that, Nicole was Corporate Counsel and Director of Title at Trelora, Inc., where she handled corporate and real estate compliance, directed human resources legal functions, and managed title operations across a multi-state footprint. Her work included managing affiliated real estate, title, and mortgage entities and overseeing licensing and compliance obligations.

Nicole began her legal career in the Colorado community, spending time at the district, county, and state attorney offices, where she cut her teeth while learning about governmental regulation and the relationship between government entities and the public.

Nicole is licensed to practice in Colorado, North Carolina, and Arizona. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and holds a B.S. from Pacific Lutheran University.
