Jonathan R. Jonathan earned his J.D. from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, with an emphasis in Accounting and a minor in Economics.

In addition to practicing law, Jonathan enjoys the mountains with his wife and children and others who share his affinity for adventure. An explorer at heart, he has summited over 30 fourteeners, taught skiing at a professional level, and can regularly be found trail running or mountain biking on the trails above Boulder.

      Successfully defended trustee in a $4.5M fiduciary dispute, reducing damages to under $2M by way of verdict and secured a post-trial settlement for approximately 10% of the initial damages claimed.

      Represented defendants in a complex dispute involving LLC member rights and judicial dissolution. Achieved favorable buyout settlement and full  release of claims. Featured in the Denver Business Journal.
